The Justice for Women Lecture Series is committed to initiating and continuing a dialogue about justice for women and girls in Maine and abroad. We build awareness for navigating the complex and multicultural world we live in while encouraging the development of student and community leaders.
We invite you to help ensure this series is self-sustaining by making your gift to the Justice for Women Endowment Fund at the University of Maine Law School Foundation. Our goal is to create a $475,000 endowment fund. Already we are almost half-way to our goal.
To donate by check, please make check payable to “University of Maine School of Law Foundation” with “Justice for Women Endowment” in the memo line and mail to: Maine Law Advancement Office, 246 Deering Avenue, Portland, ME 04102.
We welcome gifts of any amount but we encourage you to join a select and growing group of committed supporters by making a leadership level multi-year pledge at one of the following levels:
Justice for Women Legacy Circle - $2,500 a year for three years = $7,500
Justice for Women Champion - $1,000 - $2,000 a year for three years = $3,000 - $6,000
Justice for Women Friend - $500-$750 a year for three years = $1,500 - $2,250
Your multi-year commitment is an investment and ensures the continuity of this series that will remain a powerful voice for change well into the future.
Name your gift in honor or in memory of a girl or woman in your life.
Thank you helping to inspire a world in which all women and girls are treated justly and with respect, as well as promote global conversation about justice that inspires people to transform the lives of women and girls in both Maine and the developing world.
